YIDU Products: Enabling Long-Term, Stable, and Precise Measurement & Control in the New Energy Industry

In 2022, YIDU was responsible for the research and development of the project "High Sensitivity Fiber Optic Sensing and Fluid Control and Manufacturing Technology" under the National Key Research and Development Program "Hydrogen Energy Technology" Key Special Project "(Project Approval Notice No. GKJGFJZ [2022]65) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) require testing for membrane thickness uniformity, permeability, and other parameters during production. The EasyFlow meter accurately measures gas flow rate, detects membrane performance parameters (such as proton conductivity and mechanical strength), and improves membrane yield. In the fuel cell engine testing platform, the YIDU large range flow controller precisely controls the hydrogen and air flow rates, providing reliable data for performance testing.
