Job Description：

1. Based on sales orders, develop a master production plan and weekly/daily production schedule, and reply with delivery dates;

2. Monitor production progress, coordinate and resolve bottleneck processes, and dynamically adjust plans to ensure delivery;

3. Analyze production data, optimize planning and scheduling logic, improve resource utilization and production efficiency;

4. Conduct a review and summary of delivery anomalies, develop improvement measures, and promote closed-loop implementation;

5. Lead the establishment of BOM, decompose material requirements, track supplier deliveries, and warn of material risks;

6. Lead the company's warehouse management, guide warehouse managers to carry out daily receiving, sending, and storage management, and ensure first in, first out;

7. Regularly organize inventory checks to ensure consistency between accounts and reality, and promptly identify and address any abnormal issues;

8. Monitor stagnant materials, promote digestion and utilization, optimize warehouse space layout, and reduce precision material handling losses;

9. Coordinate and promote the procurement department to track materials, R&D to handle material substitution, and the quality department to handle incoming material abnormalities.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering, with a background in precision instruments preferred;

2. More than eight years of PMC work experience and over two years of PMC supervisor experience;

3. Familiar with the procurement and warehousing logistics characteristics of daily structural components, electronics, plastics and other materials;

4. Proficient in various formulas, functions, and ERP operations in Excel;

5. Possess strong communication, learning, and organizational coordination skills;

6. Possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and able to accept overtime.

Job Description：

Job Requirements：

Job Description：

1. Participate in new product design reviews, lead quality planning activities, and ensure that quality risks of new products/processes are fully identified, evaluated, and prevented;

2. Establish and optimize quality control points and inspection standards (SIP) for key manufacturing processes;

3. Monitor production process quality data, lead or promote root cause analysis of major quality issues, and develop, implement, and validate corrective and preventive measures;

4. Handling supplier quality issues and promoting continuous improvement of suppliers;

5. Establish and maintain a quality data statistics and analysis system, regularly summarize and analyze the overall quality performance of the company; 6. Assist department heads in carrying out quality system related work.

Job Requirements：

Qualifications for the position:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, measurement and control, and other related majors through unified enrollment;

2. More than three years of experience as a quality engineer, preferably in the instrumentation industry;

3. Understand the common quality risk points in machining, sheet metal, welding and other processing techniques;

4. Familiar with ISO9001 system, holding internal auditor certificate, able to independently write and revise relevant procedural documents or three-level system documents;

5. Possess strong communication, execution, and organizational coordination skills;

Job Description：

1. Lead the full process development of new valve products from conceptual design, scheme demonstration to prototype trial production;

2. Complete valve structure design, fluid dynamics analysis, strength calculation, sealing system design, etc;

3. Develop material selection plans, evaluate corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature and high pressure adaptability;

4. Organize design review, coordinate process, procurement, production tracking and processing status;

5. Develop design validation and product validation testing plans and implement testing, record raw data, and prepare testing reports;

6. Solve technical problems in production, quality, pre-sales and after-sales processes;

7. Write patent application materials for the application of new technologies, new materials, etc. in this field.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree is preferred;

2. Majors related to dynamics, fluids, and thermal engineering;

3. More than three years of experience in valve or fluid machinery design and development, with successful cases of independently completing valve product development projects (priority);

4. Proficient in 3D and 2D drawing tools as well as engineering simulation tools;

5. Possess strong comprehension, communication, and innovation abilities;

6. Strong sense of responsibility, good mentality, and able to accept overtime.

Job Description：

1. Responsible for inventory management of materials in and out of the warehouse;

2. Able to prepare warehouse materials according to production plans and ensure timely supply of materials;

3. Responsible for the inventory of materials in stock to ensure that the accounts match the actual inventory;

4. Responsible for the recycling and disposal of waste materials;

5. Responsible for product shipping packaging, shipping, and inspection report preparation;

6. Responsible for sorting out relevant processes within various departments and warehouses to ensure smooth warehouse operations and clear inventory records.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements：

1. College degree or above;

More than 2.2 years of warehouse management experience, familiar with operating computers and ERP systems;

3. Familiar with various processes in the production warehouse, experience as a team leader or warehouse supervisor is preferred;

4. Normal working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, able to perform necessary overtime according to production and work needs.
