Product Return

If the product needs to be returned to the factory, please be sure to contact the sales engineer or after-sales engineer of YIDU first, and the engineer will provide the return shipping information. And provide accurate fault descriptions, gas types used, working condition information, etc. to the after-sales engineers of YIDU, so that after-sales personnel can accelerate diagnosis and develop accurate maintenance plans.

Once the "Tear Invalid" label on the product body is torn, it is considered that the product has been illegally disassembled and reassembled, and YIDU will no longer be responsible for maintenance.

Please disconnect the gas and electrical connections of the product (if it is a product with a battery, please turn off the power), and remove non factory equipped gas connectors and wiring. Please maintain the various settings when the product malfunctions, to facilitate fault analysis after returning to the factory. If it involves corrosive gases, toxic and harmful gases, flammable and explosive gases, etc., please thoroughly purge and purify before returning to the factory, and inform us of the possible risks.

Use original packaging and fillers, or packaging with equivalent safety protection level, and post anti-collision, precision instrument and other markings in a prominent position on the outer packaging.
