Shaanxi Yidu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "YIDU") is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D of high-precision laminar mass flow meters and controllers. It is currently the only manufacturer of laminar mass flow meters and controllers in China accredited by the National Institute of Metrology, and the second globally to possess the capability of producing universal laminar mass flow meters.

Over the past decade, YIDU has persisted in independent R&D, accumulating unique industry advantages, technical expertise, and innovative capabilities in laminar differential pressure technology, micro-flow measurement and control, as well as specialized fields including fluid dynamics, materials science, and embedded hardware & software development. The company has independently developed laminar mass flow meters and controllers with full intellectual property rights, featuring core strengths such as high repeatability, high precision, and rapid response. These products deliver high-quality solutions for high-end manufacturing and scientific research fields, including metrology calibration, leak testing, biopharmaceuticals, new materials, new energy, semiconductors, and information & communication technology.

With its headquarters in Xi'an serving as the R&D and production hub, YIDU has established offices in key regions across China to act as after-sales and service centers. It has built a nationwide marketing network and a localized technical service system covering the entire country. Meanwhile, YIDU is actively expanding into overseas markets, with its products already distributed in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions worldwide.

The core R&D team of YIDU comes from several postdoctoral fellows and PhDs with a background in aerospace at Northwestern Polytechnical University. They have a deep technical accumulation in the field of laminar differential pressure principle, especially in microflow measurement and control. Currently, they have obtained more than 20 innovative patent technologies and dozens of domestic and foreign authoritative certifications. The company has participated in multiple national level projects, including the compilation of the key book "Flow Measurement Technology Complete Book" in the 14th Five Year Plan of China and the 2022 project of the "Hydrogen Energy Technology" key special project of the Ministry of Science and Technology. For many years, the company has adhered to scientific research and development principles, starting from a formula and gradually developing high-performance products. It is the first domestic manufacturer of laminar flow meters and controllers to obtain CPA certification. While maintaining independent research and development, we have established close cooperative relationships with China Academy of Metrology, AVIC Institute of Metrology 304, Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Automation, Northwestern Polytechnical University, and others.
