Shaanxi Yid Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YIDU") was founded by a postdoctoral and doctoral team from Northwestern Polytechnical University. For more than ten years, it has been dedicated to the research and manufacturing of laminar differential pressure gas mass flow meters/controllers. It is the first known laminar flow meter production enterprise in China to be certified by the Chinese Academy of Metrology. At this conference, representatives from YIDU Company presented an academic report titled "Research on Pressure Adaptability of Laminar Flow Meter", which systematically elaborated on the technical pain points of insufficient accuracy stability in the current industry over a wide pressure range, as well as YIDU's key breakthroughs achieved through the integrated development mode of "stable flow structure design, intermediate pressure technology, CFD simulation and experimental verification". Everyone has expressed their recognition of this research result, which has received unanimous praise from attending experts and scholars. And we look forward to exchanging industry trends and exploring cooperation opportunities with industry experts.

The report points out that traditional laminar flow meters are prone to problems such as decreased linearity and increased repeatability errors in pressure fluctuation environments. YIDU Intelligent has significantly improved the uniformity of the flow field and signal purity by innovatively introducing built-in stabilizers and intermediate pressure technology, reducing the measurement error of the flowmeter under high pressure (700kPa) conditions from over 4% of traditional structures to within 1%, greatly expanding the effective working range and reliability level of the product.

At present, this technology has been successfully applied in various series of products of YIDU, including "S series, E series, T series gas mass flow meters/controllers", covering a range of 0.5SCCM~5000SLPM, with an accuracy of ± 0.5% Rd. It is widely used in high-end fields such as semiconductor manufacturing, fuel cells, analytical instruments, scientific research experiments, etc., to help customers achieve more accurate and stable fluid process control and measurement needs.
