Important Commitment Statement of YIDU Company under Tariff Barriers

Yesterday (April 9th), the United States officially imposed a 104% tariff on Chinese goods, an unprecedented rate that has caused global shock. This further exacerbates the volatility of international trade and challenges to the global industrial chain.

As a leading domestic manufacturer of laminar differential pressure mass flow meters/controllers in China (with 100% independently controllable core technology), YIDU Intelligent has achieved three generations of product iteration through more than 10 years of R&D investment, and continues to provide highly stable and high-precision customized micro flow measurement and control instruments for industrial and laboratory customers.

We hereby make the following statement to our clients and partners regarding corporate strategy and industry responsibility:

The core technology of YIDU MFC is 100% domestically produced, including its laminar flow components, precision proportional control valves, sensors, core algorithms, precision machining processes, and key components. The product's technical capabilities have reached or partially exceeded those of leading global manufacturers, providing domestic customers with flow measurement and control products with better technology, lower costs, faster services, more stable supply, and safer supply chains.

At the same time, YIDU will continue to increase research and development investment to ensure continuous improvement and breakthroughs in key technology areas. We look forward to working together with more partners, using micro traffic measurement and control as the anchor point, to jointly draw a new value coordinate for China's high-end intelligent manufacturing.
